Defines a test procedure for determining the resistance to sulfuric acid at room temperature, of vitreous and porcelain enamelled articles, together with a procedure for classification of the results. Intended mostly for testing of vitreous and porcelain enamelled articles in contact with products of combustion containing sulfuric acid. Does not apply to vitreous and porcelain enamels in contact with weak or hot strong acids, or to vitreous and porcelain enamelled articles used in the chemical industry.
