Defines testing and sampling of varnishes, paints, and related products. Covers the viscosity of varnishes, paints and related products at a rate between 9,000 s-1 and 12,000 s-1. Gives information about the resistance offered by the material to spraying, brushing and roller coating during application. It is suitable to varnishes and paints whether they are Newtonian in behaviour or not. Materials containing dispersions of large particles will produce spurious results.
