Describes methods for measuring liquid flow in closed conduits by determining the volume of liquid collected in a known time interval. May be applied to any liquid provided that its vapour pressure low to ensure that any escape of liquid by vaporization from the volumetric tank does not effect the required measurement accuracy, its viscosity is sufficiently low and it is non-toxic and non-corrosive. Covers symbols and definitions, apparatus, procedure and calculation of flow-rate. BS AMD 9339 RENUMBERS THIS STANDARD
