Gives requirements for the magnetic properties and the dimensions and tolerances for grades of grain-oriented, magnetic steel sheet and strip. Suitable for nominal thicknesses of 0.27 mm, 0.30 mm and 0.35 mm and nominal widths up to and including 1000 mm. Applies to material intended for the construction of magnetic circuits. Describes inspection and sampling procedures, preparation of test specimens and test methods to be used. Includes inspection and supplier's certificate.
