Assessment of crack opening displacement (COD) and plane strain fracture toughness (KIc) at loading rates that cause rates of increase in stress intensity factor between 80 and 105 N·mm$u-1$u.5·s$u-1 and rates of increase of crack opening displacement of less than 150 mm/s.
