    Makes recommendations for the installation of flooring on both new and existing floor constructions. Includes cork tiles, linoleum sheet and tiles and cork carpet, rubber sheet and tiles, thermoplastics and semi-flexible PVC tiles, flexible PVC sheet and tiles and backed flexible PVC sheet and tiles. Confined to the installation of these materials inside buildings. Specialist floorings such as conductive and antistatic floorings are not included. Includes recommendations for screeds and underlays and those aspects of floor construction which will affect the performance of the flooring.
