FASC 6437 La presente Norma nazionale deriva dal documento CENELEC HD 638 S1 'Road traffic signal systems' ma non ne è l'esatta traduzione. Il documento CENELEC prevede infatti un elevato numero di classi per i vari requisiti, e la presente Norma contiene una selezione di queste classi, corrispondente al 'profilo' valido a livello nazionale. La presente norma sostituisce parzialmente la Norma sperimentale CEI 214-7 'Impianti semaforici. Requisiti dei dispositivi acustici per non vedenti'. In particolare, la presente Norma sostituisce l'art. 8 'Prove ambientali' della Norma CEI 214-7; inoltre i riferimenti al documento HD 638 S1, contenuti nella Norma CEI 214-7, vanno intesi riferiti alla presente Norma.
