CSA ISO/IEC 9995-7:10 (R2020)

CSA Preface Standards development within the Information Technology sector is harmonized with international standards development. Through the CSA Technical Committee on Information Technology (TCIT), Canadians serve as the Canadian Advisory Committee (CAC) on ISO/IEC Joint Technical Committee 1 on Information Technology (ISO/IEC JTC1) for the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the ISO member body for Canada and sponsor of the Canadian National Committee of the IEC. Also, as a member of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Canada participates in the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (ITU-T). This Standard supersedes CAN/CSA-ISO/IEC 9995-7-04 (adoption of ISO/IEC 9995-7:2002). This Standard has been formally approved, without modification, by the Technical Committee and has been approved as a National Standard of Canada by the Standards Council of Canada. Scope Within the general scope described in ISO/IEC 9995-1, this part of ISO/IEC 9995 specifies symbols for functions found on any type of numeric, alphanumeric or composite keyboards. Each of these symbols is intended to be considered as universal and non-language related equivalent of names for the function they represent. Au nom du Conseil canadien des normes (CCN), organisme membre de l\'ISO et parrain du Comité national canadien de la CEI, le Comité technique CSA sur la technologie de l\'information (CTTI) représente le Comité consultatif canadien (CCC) au sein du Comité technique conjoint 1 ISO/CEI sur la technologie de l\'information (JTC1 ISO/CEI). En outre, à titre de membre de l\'Union internationale des télécommunications (UIT), le Canada fait partie du comité consultatif international télégraphique et téléphonique (CCITT). Cette norme remplace la CAN/CSA-ISO/CEI 9995-7-04 (norme ISO/CEI 9995-7:2002 adoptée). De plus, cette norme a été officiellement approuvée, sans modifications, par le Comité technique et approuvée en tant que Norme nationale du Canada par le Conseil canadien des normes Domaine d\'application Dans le domaine d\'application décrit dans l\'ISO/CEI 9995-1, la présente partie de l\'ISO/CEI 9995 décrit les symboles, relatifs aux fonctions, rencontrés sur tout type de clavier numérique, alphanumérique ou composite. Chacun de ces symboles est destiné à être considéré comme l\'équivalent universel, et non rattaché à une langue particulière, du nom de la fonction qu\'il représente. Les noms des fonctions et leurs descriptions sont donnés en anglais et en français.
