This Standard is included in DIN Handbook 140 and 151. Describes requirements for hexagon nuts of height equal to 1,5 d, designed for use with bolts in assemblies that will be frequently disassembled and reassembled. These nuts are provided with a spherical bearing face which, in conjunction with a 120 degree counterbore or a conical seat as specified in DIN 6319, permit any displacement of clamping elements to be compensated.
