Die Technische Spezifikation legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Gehalte an wasserlöslichem Chlorid, Natrium und Kalium in festen Biobrennstoffen durch Extraktion mit Wasser in einem geschlossenen Behälter fest sowie deren anschliessende quantitative Bestimmung durch unterschiedliche Analyseverfahren. Das Verfahren ist bei sämtlichen festen Biobrennstoffen mit einem wasserlöslichen Chloridanteil von mehr als 50 mg/kg und einem wasserlöslichen Natrium- und Kaliumanteil von mehr als 10 mg/kg anwendbar.
