Dieser Teil der IEC 61754 ist eine Norm für Steckgesichter und beschreibt einen SC-RJ Lichtwellenleiter-Steckverbinder, der mit einem Schutzgehäuse nach IEC 6107-3-106, Ausführung 06, ausgerüstet ist und damit eine Erweiterung des bestehenden Steckgesichtes gemäss der Festlegung in IEC 61754-24 für die Schutzarten IP65 und IP67 nach IEC 60529 zur Verwendung in rauer Industrieumgebung darstellt.
