Proposes the adoption of IEC CISPR 16-2:1996, which specifies the methods of measurement of EMC phenomena in the frequency range 9 kHz to 18 GHz. It deals with disturbance measurements and immunity measurements. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
