Proposes the adoption of IEC 60269-3-1:1994 and incorporates its Amendment 1:1995. Provides specific examples of the application of supplementary requirements for fuses for use by unskilled persons as specified in AS/NZS 60269.3. A copy of IEC 60269-3-1 and its Amendment 1 may be purchased from or viewed at any Standards Australia office or Standards New Zealand. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
