RECIPROCATING INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES - EXHAUST EMISSION MEASUREMENT - TEST CYCLES FOR DIFFERENT ENGINE APPLICATIONS

Withdrawn date

29-08-2008

Published date

12-01-2013

Defines test cycles for measuring and evaluating gaseous and particulate exhaust emissions for reciprocating internal combustion (RIC) engines, coupled to a dynamometer. With some restrictions, is also able to be used for measurement at site. Applies to RIC engines for mobile transportable and stationary use, not including motor vehicle engines designed mainly for road use, but can be used for engines in earth-moving machines, generating sets and other applications.
