Provides Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed engineering and generic requirements for 1.544 MB/s High-Capacity Digital Service (HCDS) electrical and physical parameters at the local exchange carrier network interface with an end user. Also, provides the information necessary to support deployment of HCDS, with the digital signals transmitted to and from the network interface differing as a function of the circuit configuration.
