Defines a method of test, which can be used to determine the simulated filter plugging point (SFPP) of automotive diesel fuels. Applies to distillate fuels, including those containing flow-improving or other additives, intended for use in automotive diesel engines and may be used to estimate the lowest temperature at which a fuel will give trouble-free operation in a diesel-engined vehicle.
