A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Diese Norm beschreibt Verfahren zum Formen von Probekörpern aus Asphalt mittels Schlagverdichtung. Die Probekörper werden hauptsächlich zur Bestimmung der Raumdichte und anderer technologischer Kennwerte verwendet. Die Laborherstellung von Mischungen aus Gesteinskörnungen und Bindemitteln (z.B. für Eignungsprüfungen) wird in prEN 12697-35 beschrieben. Die Probenahme und Behandlung von in Mischwerken hergestelltem Asphalt wird in prEN 12697-27 beschrieben. Die Probenahme und Behandlung von Bohrkernen wird in prEN 12697-30 beschrieben.
