Specifies the steps for implementers to take in mapping each data component of the logical content specification in SA TS90005.2.1 to a corresponding CDA attribute or element. Contains descriptions of both constraints on the CDA and, where necessary, custom extensions to the CDA for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements for Australian implementations of an e-referral, as well as conformance requirements against which implementers can attest the conformance of their systems.
