Gives feature and system interface specifications for the Integrated Services Control Point (ISCP) Version 5.0 Service Provisioning and Creation Environment (SPACE)- Provisioning Interface (SPI). It documents the provisioning impacts of the ISCP Data Blocks feature. The Data Blocks feature introduces the capability to develop and provision Call Processing Records (CPRs) based on multiple templates-one logic template and one to many Data templates. The primary advantage of the feature is the ability to provision services and later modify those services without incurring the costly operational impacts of service migration. The structure of the SPI is not affected by the Data Blocks feature but its use and interpretation by SPACE and the ISCP Node are impacted.
