Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed generic requirements for operations interfaces supporting ISDN Basic Rate Access testing. Specifically, this document defines the information model and operations interface messages required to support the ISDN Basic Rate Access testing functions set forth in TR-TSY-00476, Issue 3. The information model described in this TA has been developed using object-oriented design techniques and the operations interface messages have been stated using the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) management Services and protocols defined in ISO/IEC IS 9595 (Common Management Information Service Element) and ISO/IEC IS 9596 (Common Management Information Protocol), respectively
