The Call Forwarding Variable (CFV) feature provides the capability for the subscriber to redirect calls intended for the subscriber's line (the base station) to another line (the remote station). This new TR is a part of the LATA Switching Systems Generic Requirements (LSSGR), TR TSY-000064. Call Forwarding Variable, FSD 01-02-1401, was previously included in TR TSY-000522 of the LSSGR. TR TSY-000522 is now being disassembled into individual Technical References for convenience of purchasing, filing, and updating. Text in Section 3.2.6, Charge Treatment Determination, has been revised and expanded to clarify AMA treatment for Call Forwarding Variable. Also, minor text changes were made to clarify feature operation.
