This issue has incorporated comments that were received from a number of vendors during the three-month request-for-comments period late last year, and supersedes its earlier issue. Presents Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed generic requirements user interface to support the operations of network elements. Specifically, this TA-focuses on the segment of a user interface between a human user and a video display terminal. When the generic requirements proposed in this TA become mature, they are planned to be migrated to Section 10 of Operations Technology Generic Requirement (OTGR), FR NWT-000480, as TR NWT-000826, Issue 1. Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed generic requirements of the G interface for supporting the operations of transport network elements including SONET,IDLC,FITL.
