Dieses Messverfahren umfasst Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Isolationswiderstandes und des spezifischen Durchgangswiderstandes von isolierenden Werkstoffen bei Temperaturen bis mindestens 800 grad C. Die Messungen müssen nach IEC 93 "Recommended methods of test for volume and surface resistivities of electrical insulating materials" und IEC 167 "Methods of test for the determination of the insulation resistance of solid insulating materials" durchgeführt werden, wobei die folgenden besonderen Verfahren zu verwenden sind.
