GR 1310 CORE : ISSUE 1

Provides ISDN users with the capability to respond to an offered call with a request for their serving switch to deflect the call (i.e., redirect the call) to another user identified in the request. The deflecting user retains an association with the call until it is successfully offered to the user identified in the call deflection request or until the deflecting user clears form the call. Also defines two additional subscription options, Call Deflection After Answer (CDAA) and Call Return. These subscription options offer incremental capabilities and are applicable once the user is subscribed to the basic feature.
