GR 540 CORE : ISSUE 2

Issue 2 amends previous requirements within TR TSY 000540 and gives new AMA data generation generic requirements and pointers to existing AMA requirements for Tandem-Local, Toll and Access -SPCSs that give Exchange Access services and Local Network Interconnection arrangements. Is inclusive of switching requirements to be used jointly with the LSSGR Common Sections that give requirements for joint local/tandem switching systems, tandem and access tandem switching systems. Requirements are applicable to systems that can be designed using existing analog or digital technology.
