Diese ÖVE/ÖNORM legt allgemeine Anforderungen an blanke und lackisolierte Runddrähte aus Kupfer fest, die mit Glasgewebe umsponnen und mit Harz oder Lack imprägniert sind. Der Nenndurchmesserbereich ist in der jeweiligen technischen Lieferbedingung angegeben. Wird auf Wickeldrähte Bezug genommen, die in dieser Norm behandelt werden, sind die folgenden Angaben zu beachten: - Bezug zur entsprechenden IEC-Norm; - Nenndurchmesser des Leiters in mm; - Grad der Beschichtung und des Glasgewebes.
