Covers a procedure for determining the mercaptan sulphur content of liquefied petroleum gases. Also determines the presence of hydrogen sulphide if appropriate. Gives a minimum detection letel of 14 mg/m (as sulphur) for mercaptans and 7 mg/m (as sulphur) for hydrogen sulphide. Applies when acetylenes are present but cyanides may interfere.
