Issue 3 gives the following updates: the NDC Information Model has been modified to contain additional circuit switch measurements. Also to contain additional SCP measurements. Also to contain additional measurements to support audit warning and threshold crossing alert functionality to ATM NEs. Also changed to contain additional IPS Traffic Off load measurements. Data Gateway Channel Group Measurements by traffic type and RTIP Subscriber Measurements by traffic type. Also changed to align with the Bellcore Generic Requirements CORE document process. Supports the use of an ILR mechanism to introduce and socialize the nonproprietary comments on the NDC information model.
