Le présent document décrit une méthode de routine pour le dénombrement des Pseudomonas spp. présents dans la viande et les produits à base de viande, et les volailles. La méthode de référence prévoit l'ensemencement de deux boîtes de Petri par dilution en surface, alors que la méthode de routine prévoit l'ensemencement d'une seule boîte de Petri par dilution en profondeur.
