    Specifies requirements for steel cylinders for compressed gases (welded, 11 to 150 kg) in which the area for multiple openings in the end of the cylinder has been increased from 50 percent to 80 percent of the outside diameter with ligament efficiency taken into account when considering the multiple opening design.
