STARCH - DETERMINATION OF MOISTURE CONTENT - OVEN-DRYING METHOD

Specifies a method for the determination of moisture content in starch by means of oven drying at 130 degrees C under atmospheric pressure. Applies to native or modified starch in the dry form. Does not apply if the starch contains substances unstable at 130 deg C.
